Here we provide information useful to our residents that we can make available publicly. Additional information is available to owners only on the private part of the site. 

HOA Fees

As of September 2024, the monthly HOA fee is $370/month ($4,440 annually) due on the first of each month. Payments may be made by check mailed to :

Contact HOA Management for other payment options. Fees not paid within 30 days after the due date shall incur a late fee of $20.00.

Clubhouse Information

Homeowners may reserve the clubhouse for personal (non-commercial) events. Reservation forms are available at the mail station. See the Resident List for the Reservationist contact information.

The address of the clubhouse is 8959 Wesley Place Drive, Knoxville, TN 37922. Fire regulations limit occupancy to 44 people. The door code is available on the private web site.
